I've always admired the culture and business philosophies that Zappos has created for its customers and employees. I was determined to work with them. On my own dime, I designed and pitched my vision for the future of online retail. The speck work paid off as I was hired to develop and design new product features that cross-promoted Zappos' website with user's social media profiles.
